Die Crack
Die 1 is the only obverse without cinquefoils. The post-date ornament is a hand-cut X rather than a punch, and incomplete die sinking required retouching of the sundial's Roman numerals. The Reverse B is known to develop a progressive die crack from the 10th link outward to the edge.
